I'm really hoping someone whose experienced my problem can speak out with a solution.Īnyway, I've determined that my problem is due to the mouse itself and not my machine. I recently bought a DeathAdder 2013 and while I very much enjoy the mouse I might need to return it. You can do so by simply clicking flair under your link! #RAZER DEATHADDER 2013 RMA SOFTWARE#
Other than that, I love this mouse.ĭoes anyone know if this is a hardware or software issue? I saw one post that suggested that you take the mouse apart and squeeze the sensor assembly that the mouse scroll wheel axle goes into. It makes it very hard to read web pages because it causes you to loose your place on the page. It is as if I had a nervous twitch and on occasion jerked my finger on the scroll wheel the opposite direction and then resumed in the right direction. When scrolling through web pages, especially long pages such as forum posts, the page will "jump up" even though I am uniformly scrolling down. At first the problem was not very noticeable so I lived with it. I have had my DeathAdder 2013 for about a year and a half now but this problem started within months of getting it.
